There’s something very special about being asked to be a bridesmaid. Having an important role in a friend or family member’s day can be such an honour. While there is no ‘right way’ to bridesmaid, there are a few things you can do to make a bride feel extra special throughout her milestone moment.

1. “They very kindly took over all the end-of-night logistics, packing everything up and coordinating it, all so I could just enjoy the last moments.”

2. “She packed and carried a little emergency bag for me all day with water, snacks, lipstick, and everything I didn’t realise I’d need. What a hero.”

3. “My maid of honour memorised the entire run sheet, so anytime someone had a question, they went to her. I didn’t have to think about a single detail.”

4. “They put together a book of letters from all my favourite people, with photos. I had to read it before makeup because I was instantly crying.”
